Snake Charmer
Climb Bearclaw Up, swing west on Stucki to the far rim, and wind back on Snake Pit before the Bearclaw descent.
Your timesno timed runs yet
Ride mode times every run on its own: the clock starts when you roll out of the start and stops at the finish, with splits at each marked spot. Leave Ride mode on between laps and it re-arms when you're back at the start. Times stay on this phone.

Know before you go
- Stucki and Snake Pit are BLM singletrack open to bikes. Stucki is the longer, rockier half; Snake Pit has the tighter twisty bits.
- The return uses the downhill-only part of Bearclaw Poppy, so the loop direction here is the legal one.
- Skip the Stucki Spine and Flowmaster cutoffs on this route; Flowmaster is tagged as closed in OSM and I could not confirm its status.
- No water past the trailhead. Carry plenty; the far rim has zero shade.
Ride smart
- Water: plan on about 1.5 L for this ride. There's none on the trail.
- Signal is spotty. Tell someone your route and your time back.
- Emergency: call 911 and say "Snake Charmer ride, parked at Bearclaw Poppy Trailhead (Bloomington), St. George, Utah", plus the coordinates from Locate me.
- Wildlife: give horses, burros and anything with horns room, and never feed them.
- Stay on trail. Desert crust and mountain soil take decades to heal.
